Victoria Pandiscio – Chief Operating Officer and Practice Administrator
Vicki has been an integral part of Connecticut Maxillofacial Surgeons since April of 1988. Before joining the practice’s team, she acted as the head assistant in the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at St. Francis Hospital and Medical Center for nearly 10 years. It is in this capacity that she had the opportunity to become acquainted with the doctors of the practice as both Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residents and as attending surgeons in the OMFS Clinic. Once arriving at CTMAX, Vicki was the chief surgical assistant in the Simsbury office location and eventually became responsible for the clinical practices and protocols of the surgical staff practice wide. It was only natural and a matter of good fortune for us, that she eventually assumed her current position as Practice Administrator in 2003.
Her education includes graduating from Mt. Ida College, Newton, MA in 1979 with an A.S and Dental Assisting Certificate. In 2005 Vicki received her B.S. in Business Management from St. Joseph College, West Hartford, CT. Also, Vicki was active in professional organizations including the Hartford County Dental Assistants Association and Connecticut Dental Assistants Association for many years including serving as a Past President of CDAA.
As the Practice Administrator for CTMAX she is able to draw from her many years of oral surgery experience both clinically and administratively to help ensure that the practice continues to maintain its excellence and high standard of health care.
Vicki enjoys many personal endeavors including gardening, reading, cooking as well has her family and dogs. She and her husband Curt and daughter Sarah look forward often to spending weekends in the White Mountains of New Hampshire. She is a native of the Simsbury and grew up in the Farmington Valley.
