CTMAX Learning Center
Connecticut Maxillofacial Surgeons, L.L.C. or CTMAX, is pleased to announce that the CTMAX Learning Center is now in full operation. Our events are designed to provide continuing education credits to those selected and able to attend. Attendees were selected for their interest in progressive methods of practice and patient treatment modalities.
The new learning center will comfortably accomodate up to 25 people for its half-day and full day sessions. The facility boasts full A/V support with well-placed large screen display systems ensuring easy participant viewing of presented marterial. Presenters and lecturers have ample space to move about as needed and control all the A/V systems.

Live Surgery Event - April 10th, 2012
Via closed circuit in a nearby CTMAX surgical office, a limited audience of 25 watched and later discussed a live surgery of CAD/CAM guided implant surgery performed by Dr. Ian Tingey of Connecticut Maxillofacial Surgeons.
- Doctors from Farmington Valley Study Series (study club) as well as other selected guests attended

All on Four - March 22nd, 2012
In partnership with Nobel Biocare, our March 22nd kickoff event featured prosthodontist and guest lecturer, Dr. Nader Sharifi. Taking time from his private practice in Chicago, Dr. Sharifi presented the restorative side of using and restoring the "All-on-Four" system of full arch fixed prosthetic reconstruction.
- Doctors spanning the northern half of Connecticut were in attendance
- The audience included a mix of restorative dentists and prosthodontists
- Those attending were able to able to 'get a jump' on the NEW system of prosthetic reconstruction that is receiving nationwide acclaim
- All in attendance received 7 units of CE credit to be applied toward validation of their Connecticut state licensure.
We asked attendees to rate our inaugural session and we're very pleased that nearly all rated their experience a 10 out of 10 across the board.
