Brett A. Weyman, D.D.S., M.D.
Brett was born in Kingston, Pennsylvania on March 14th 1971. He was
raised in Northeastern Pennsylvania throughout his youth until the completion
of high school in 1989. Brett attended Villanova University for his
undergraduate education and obtained his B.S. degree in Biology, graduating
in 1993.
He began his professional career by attending dental school at the University
of Maryland, Baltimore College of Dental Surgery. His DDS degree was
confirmed upon graduation in 1997. After completing his dental training
in Baltimore, MD he immediately proceeded to a training program in Oral
and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Connecticut Health Center.
During Brett's training he completed medical school at the University
of Connecticut, graduating in 2000, with his MD degree.
After medical training Brett completed a two-year certificate program
in General Surgery, at the University of Connecticut. The remainder
of his formal training was completed in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery
in June of 2003.
Brett is currently a partner in Connecticut Maxillofacial Surgeons, LLC,
and has become well established in the private medical and dental community
of Northern Connecticut. He is board certified and while limiting his practice
to Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, also holds a teaching appointment within
the University of Connecticut residency training program.
Brett is an avid sports enthusiast and shares these passions at home
with his wife Tara and their three sons Drew, Jeremy, and Benjamin.
